Eight Smiles. One Very Suspicious Swamp.
Eight crocodiles stack their grinning heads in a neat, improbable column — each one peering out from behind a cluster of bold green reeds with wide eyes and a full set of very sharp teeth. The background is a warm, creamy off-white; the palette is rich forest green, deep olive, and vivid red-pink mouths. The composition is deadpan, absurd, and completely irresistible. This is not background art. This is the piece that makes every single person in the room burst out laughing — and then immediately want to know where you got it.

This little mouse gives our living room a gentle sense of humor. I love the tiny jacket and scarf, and the warm background works beautifully with our neutral furniture.

I chose this for my reading nook because it feels a little magical without being loud. The rabbits and flowers add interest, while the dark colors keep the corner calm.

Peaceful, unusual, and lovely above our dresser.
The pale flowers stand out beautifully against the dark background. We hung this near our sofa, and the two rabbits give the painting a quiet storybook feeling.
We hung this near the chair where we practice guitar. It adds a little humor to the space, and the simple colors keep it from feeling overly decorated.
