Wallcow Return & Refund Policy
At Wallcow, we want you to love your artwork as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a **30-day return policy** starting from the date your order is delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
* Be unused and in original condition
* Be returned in the original packaging
* Include all accessories and components
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at hello@wallcow.com.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Reason for the return
* Photos (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return packages.
Oversized Items
Due to the high shipping costs associated with oversized artwork, items with any side exceeding 24 inches may not qualify for standard returns.
However, if your oversized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
